Calm me Lord
as you calm the sea,
Still me Lord
Keep me from harm

The colors you captured are simply gorgeous! Wow!This one is certainly worth putting on canvas!
Dang but you get up early, Ann. But there are obvious benefits to your strange habits, and I thank you for sharing them. An excellent pic, as is the accompanying thought.
Morning Ann – beautiful post. I just love “popping in” and being a small part of your beautiful world.
DVM’sWife, I saw the color starting and barely made it out in time to catch it at its peak – sometime, it does not last long.
Buck, Hey, I resemble that remark :)! (strange habits). Yes, both my internal thermostat and internal clock are slightly off kilter from “normal” folks.
connie, Back at you, I love visiting you “down under” as well! (Connie lives in Australia)
I am glad someone is able to get up that early regularly to be sure the sun is rising!
Great shot…
What a beautiful prayer to start such a lovely day. The colors are gorgeous!
I left my work at 8:59 tonight and as I walked out the door and looked to the west I saw colors much like yours and my thoughts turned to you,Ann and your sky… and then I come home to see your morning sky… Wow! Who ever thought I could end my day with such a beautiful morning?
Thanks! And have a restful night…
